Heavily forested area with a few wild game food plots/open areas, numerous trails, springs, rocks/outcrops. Diverse vegetation and wildlife. Areas of managed wildlife habitat and forest tree management. Located on east face of the southern PA Appalachian mountains. Focal point of the roughly 450 acres is a one-acre spring-fed pond. VERY LONG DIRT ACCESS LANE, Not suited for low ground clearance cars. SUV's okay. Driveway/Pickup service available.

Please note!!!For the month of October......Our trails will be closed Thursdays thru Saturdays due to hunting season !!!! The tentrr area and pond area will be open, comprising of about 10 acres...!!!
