Moonlight Meadow

Located on an expanse of grass at the edge of deep woods, this campsite offers 220 acres to explore and enjoy. Our very large pond is available for excellent swimming, kayaking or just relaxing on the dock. There are trails to follow into the woods, along two small streams and through the fields. Hikers and bikers will find good opportunities on the vast network of dirt roads that wind through the neighborhood and beyond.

There is a small store in town for basics and South Royalton is 30 minutes to the south where there is a coop grocery and other businesses. We are less than an hour drive from Hanover, New Hampshire or Montpelier, VT. Both areas offer all sorts of restaurants, cultural institutions, shopping and recreation. We provide cookware, dishes, and utensils.
